The values of Hebron CDC center on our belief that as Christians, we have an obligation to positively impact the lives of the disenfranchised and the hopeless. We value human life and believe that the truest expression of Christian love is often time expressed without the pronouncement of doctrine and with full and constructive engagement in the lives of those who find hope illusive.

Mission

Our mission is to develop economic, employment, educational and housing opportunities for residents within the specified target area as determined from time to time by the Board. It is our mission to provide these opportunities in order to nurture the development of economic stability.
