Hospitality Committee

Our Mission

The mission of the Hospitality/Greeters committee is to foster and promote a congenial and hospitable atmosphere for all individuals who attend or visit the Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith. In demeanor and spirit, committee members will represent Christ, the Pastor and Pastoral staff, by serving the congregation in a loving and positive manner.

Our Vision

The vision of the Hospitality/Greeters Committee is to help each auxiliary and department that expresses a need for its services.

Our Goals

Our major focus (or goal) is to be an "arm" or extension of the Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith (i.e. to assist family members that experience bereavement, to visit nursing homes, and shut-ins (presenting them with flowers on special occasion), and to serve as hosts, hostesses and/or greeters for special programs.

Our long range goal is to assist other churches during special services when requested.

Finally, we will conduct in-services/workshops for the CCAF, community churches, and local organizations that focus on church procedures and protocol.
